Anyone can apply, you do not need to be a member at Oxford university or a student. Your fit with the team will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Some teams look for a certain background or location, whilst others might be more flexible. 

The terms of joining, for example in regards to role title, ownership stakes/voluntary role, and length of involvement will vary. If you are a match, we will encourage you to have explicit conversations with your team to set expectations and agreements early on.
